I offer services in bespoke carpentry, design, 2D and 3D drawings, finish carpentry, door hanging, LVT and laminate floor laying, shelving, decorating and more.   • Custom Carpentry

    From idea to installation. Custom book cases, shelving units to sheds. If you have an idea, I can present you with a 3D drawing** to your requirements and finish it the way you’d like

    Painting and finishing your spaces to a high standard. I have experience with many branded paints such as Dulux, F&B, Little Greene and Paint & Paper Library

  • Finishing Carpentry

    Fitting new internal doors, architraves and skirting boards

    Take the stress of assembly away and allow me to build your flat pack furniture

  • Laminate & LVT Flooring

    From laminate to luxury vinyl tile. I can install your new flooring and have experience in brands like QuickStep and Karndean

    Loft ladders and external guttering to bespoke bin stores, screens, decking and custom sheds

At HAUS IMPROVE™ I take customer service seriously. I will always turn up to an appointment, whether it be for the purpose of providing a quote or for a job you have booked. I will return your calls and keep you informed at all stages of work. I do not provide quotes over WhatsApp or Facebook, all my quotes are provided in writing with a full breakdown of costs so you know exactly what you are paying for.

Step 1: Services

Please read the My Services above and the FAQs below before contacting me. This details what I can do.

Step 2: Booking

To book or make an enquiry simply fill in the Contact Form, tell me what you would like me to do. You will be called to discuss your carpentry and home improvement requirements and I will visit you. A quote will then be emailed to you for you to accept

Step 3: Delivery

After approving the quote you will be invoiced for any deposit required for materials, if necessary. A confirmation receipt of payment will be sent to you. Once materials have been delivered I will organise a time to start work. Depending on any further material orders, or payment plans, the remaining balance will be paid upon completion.

What areas do you cover?

HAUS IMPROVE ™ are based in Hartlepool and service the surrounding areas of Teesside, including Peterlee, Sedgefield, Redcar, Stockton-on-Tees and Seaham

What are your services?

I primarily provide residential carpentry and home improvement for internal and some external spaces. From custom made storage and shelving to door hanging, floor laying, decoration, guttering systems, loft ladders, decking and building flat pack furniture. HAUS IMPROVE ™ can provide an easy simple efficient way to book the carpentry and home improvement service you need

What do you charge?

I have a range of pricing starting from just £35 or alternative options for a more bespoke carpentry service. When making a booking your charge will be clearly shown. Pricing will include labour, materials, special fixings, any hiring of any kind or preparation and making good. Unforseens cannot be quoted for. 3D drawings for bespoke work is charged at £99. This is fully refundable should I be commissioned

How can I pay?

You may pay for services via debit card. There are no additional fees for paying by card. You may also pay directly via bank transfer. Payment for set pricing is taken on the day of work, ie works that require no purchase of materials and is labour only. For any bespoke work, a 50% deposit shall be taken and the remaining amount shall be paid upon completion of work. Any payments made you will receive a receipt

Can I cancel?

Yes you may cancel an appointment for set priced work. Please make sure you inform me 24hrs before work commences. For bespoke work, cancellations may cause a loss of any deposits taken for materials

Why no contact number?

I do not advertise a telephone number to stop unwanted telemarketing, cold calls and scams. All customers will have my telephone number when I reply to enquiries.
